The Method

Three focused sessions, each with a clear deliverable.

Session 1: AI Opportunity Workshop (half day)

We bring together your domain experts, technical team, and decision-makers. The goal is to move from “we want to do AI” to “here is the specific problem we will solve first.”

Using a structured scoring framework (value vs. effort vs. data readiness), we identify and prioritize 2-3 concrete use cases from your real operations. Participants leave with a shared definition of the prototype we will build.

Deliverable: A prioritized shortlist with a go/no-go decision on one use case.

Session 2: Technical Design and Build Sprint (full day)

We design the technical architecture for the prototype and start building. This is hands-on - your technical team participates, learns, and contributes. We use AWS services where they fit, open-source where they are better.

By end of day, you have a working skeleton of the prototype.

Deliverable: A functional prototype (not a demo, a working prototype with real inputs and real outputs).

Session 3: Validation and Roadmap (half day)

We test the prototype with real data and real users from your team. We document what works, what needs refinement, and what the path to production looks like. We also assess AWS funding eligibility.

Deliverable: A validated prototype, a technical roadmap, and a funding assessment.
